00:00:23 the character could probably move more urgently
00:00:32 some of the lip sync feels off in that sequence
00:01:04 the weight of the fall doesn't feels quite right
00:01:15 the character moves a bit stiff

Considering this is your first animation reel I think it's pretty good.
