Well, finally I post something again, I had alot of work to do and I never seem to get a model textured that I post here (see ---> Faye Valentine, Hunter Thompson, etc.) and I found time to model this guy here cuz I love to dive.

I dont want to miss out on the comments of the cgtalk commi so guys, ... take him appart :)

Phil, this is a big improvement compared to what I've seen from you before, nice work! :thumbsup:

I think this model is worth texturing, go for it!

Hey man lemme digress first: I always loved your avatar :D that picture from that movie is right on, that's the best avatar in CgTalk by far if you ask me.
But back to the diver : I like the model, I am curious as to how the shoulders will bend the left one especially, with the tubes and stuff going around to the back. Can't wait to see him textured and ... animated maybe?

thx m8, good that you like it and I know what you mean with the shoulder. I´ll try to solve the problem ... I allready have an idea how but I wont say anything before its done :)

just one thing: the octopus is missing... or ain`t you padi diver?! hahaha.. also a knive would be ok.. or a speargun! no.. stop.. no speargun for a scuba diver!

Ich hab den Octopus weggelassen weils einfach zuviel Polys gewesen wären und die alten Tauchausrüstungen haben den sowieso net.

Drysuittauchen im See. Wär auch mal ne Abwechslung, hab ich zwar noch nie gemacht wär aber schon mal interessant. Ja ich ich bin Padi Taucher :d

I left the octopus away cuz it would of just been to many polys and the old diving gear didnt have one anyway :)

I´ve rigged the guy but it looks a bit weird so I went on to laying out the UV´s ... but it´s my birthday today so it will have to wait untill I´ve recovered ;)
