I was taking a look at you lion, and a couple things came up. The head structure is too wide and too long for lions. It should be alot shorter. Also you have too much of a forehead on the animal. Lions have virtually no forehead space. You can almost draw a straight line from the top of his head down to its nose. Also the nose should be a little wider. It should be a triangular shape. and the eyes should be rounder. And the main thing is the mouth. It is much too long. It should be about half that distance. I attached some reference pics for you. Hope this helps.

Thats a nice model you got going there the back and hind legs look especially nice. http://www.greenapple.com/~jorp/amzanim/cross02a.htm
That site has a few reference pictures for the Lion/Tiger you have going. More accurately named a Liger or a Tigon, im sure those pictures could be of some help to you. Keep working on the modeling, I hope to see updates soon.

Someone told me about the Liger and I couldn't believe what they were saying until I saw those pics of them on the net... Amazing creature. Hope to see yours much more developed and detailed.
