Very cool, I like the colour you've chosen for the dragon and the griffin :)

I would say though that the background is slightly in conflict with the characters infront of it. If we are looking down on the characters then most of the background would be the ground itself and the horizon line would be right at the top of the image. Also the background uses very intense colours which might distract the viewer from the action going on with the characters, since intense colours draw the eye towards them.
