creepy smiles... like some weird thriller, where you see this "norma" family smiling a little too hard; thats what they remind me of. They seem pretty well done... LOL, all I did was look at the picture, and now on this "post reply" screen I read what you typed, and I find it funny I said the same thing about the "scary" thing and didn't even mean to.
anywho, good work...
Cheers,

I think their eyes look too serious, so they make their smiles look kinda fake. Maybe you should photograph some people smiling to study the behavior of the muscles on the face. But what I mean is not just people posing to a camera, you should capture those moments of joy when people are laughing and smiling and yet unaware of any cameras nearby.
You should also try to make mom's face with a little more cheek, her skull lines are too obvious. A mom is supposed to be beautiful, soft and warm. That's what people want to see when they look at their mothers. She is that angel that would do whatever you ask, take care of you when you are sick and call you in the middle of the night because she is worried about you. Try to make your character a little "mommer" :D And her hair is a little messy...
Looking forward to updates

Thanks for the help guys, well here' s the mom again after i tweaked the smile and scrunched her eyes a bit. I also added some dimples. I like it a lot better now that the eyes reflect some of the emotion. It doesn't seem so forced.
I'll fix up the others on Monday and post em.
Thanks Agains Guys! :buttrock:

This is the scariest family I have EVER seen...
I think if you fixed the smiles up a little bit so they didn't look like the kid from Omen, it'd be a lot better.
Other than that the style is very good and I'd like to see them all together in 1 picture.

looking good man, the only thing i would say is, try and relax the smiles a bit, like where the dimples are, they look like they are forcing themselves to smile thatbig. als change the eyes like you did on the om. relax them a bit, cause the dad and kid look like they are keeping them wide open. i hope this helps. peace

ahhh they look good but i have to admit they do freak me out a little ... they seem to have an evil grin instead of friendly smiles.... [ vs :) ] ..... ummm all i can advise is to get a crappy womans mag with some celebs in em and look at there smiles ..... they seem to look happy all the time
Scary familly :surprised :surprised :surprised *nightwares*

The moms turned into a milf from a munter ....
Or in english ... mom has a great improvement on the expression she is giving . Big big improvement ... only crit would be that sometimes a subtle smile can look better than someone who is trying to hard.
Cool hair and textures .
ps theres something strange about the boys left ear mabye its too low and too far back?? .. could be the perspective but to me it looks funny.
pps lol Mom has a bald spot
I think the dad is the best out of the whole lot .

Here's Dad again, added some emotion in the eyes. Hope it's not too much.
As for they all look like from different families, I know they do, but i was given refs to go off of, maybe i can lighten the hair on the girl or darken the hair on the mom. Or maybe it was the milkman?

Here's the family together at last. Still needs tweaking. I'm pretty happy with the mom and dad, but the kids are kinda buggin me.
Please let me know any comments or suggestions. :thumbsdow

the boy is looking good. but the girl's hair needs to be fixed. I liked it like that curly mess she had before. it made her look older...at least i thought she was like 11 by the previous post by you.

She's supposed to be pretty young, like 4 or 5. Any suggestions on how to make her look younger?
