Nice work! They have a lot of character to them. The limbs look a little stiff on both characters, but the texturing is quite well done.

Cool looking, I had a couple thoughts, though.

It seems the gloves on the cat could use some good textures like the rest of him, those shiny things are pulling my eye away from the face :)

Also, the legs on the monster seem to be a different color palette than the rest of him, a little too purple/pink/gray and none of those colors seem to be in his body/shell.

That big purple eye on the cat is just disturbing, I like it :D
