Your texture sheet is terribly inefficient. Upon looking at it, it stood out to me that you have taken every unique part of your texture, then flipped it and set it right next to it. You are basically using twice as much space as needed. Get rid of the copied parts, and rearrange your textures so they fit as tightly together as possible. For the pieces that are UV mapped to the copied sections of the texture, just lay those on top of the original part of the texture.
As far as the piece itself goes...I think its a great start, but its just that (a start.) Everything is just too plain. Add some more detail. Also, it might just be me, but the scale of the tunnel seems weird. It seems like the door is too small or something.
I think the light on the ceiling of the hallway might be a little tooo bright, as its washing out everything near it. Consider adding some color to your lighting as well. That is something that I've been told to do a lot, and it can really help make your scene less drab.
