His shoulders seem a bit high up, that doesnt fit to that style.
I also dont like the fact that you use a picture for the face (lighting etc.) and the suit isnt better either. The model looks cool because it has its own style but you want to work on that texture :)

he's a funny looking little man...i like that.

he has a terrible tailor. the cut of the suit is unattractive. he can't match shoes with his outfit.

otherwise, i'd say it's decent piece of work. the idea of a suit just wasn't pulled off right.

He got a good personality this little man.
But his head looks to be a bit big too his body, if u not want him to be a really short man, maby u could make the legs a bit longer, then the porpotions would be right, and the arms are to straight tubish.

actually ive tweaked the neck/collar region and the shoulders. he looks a lot better now. i think it did the job model-wise. tnx everyone for making me realise these things :)
