The question is stupid..I don't be able to create joints on the same straight line diagonal to ortogonal views.I had the problem with the forearm setup of Alvarez..

there is a script in the bonus pack called split bones.
or create the bones using the snap to grid option (x- key), rotate the sholder bone and bring the bones to the right lengh using the move tool (local axis).
