Hey Jessie,
Watching your reel it was hard for me to guage what you are specializing in? it may benifit to label yourself in expertise, like character animator, character rigger, or generalist. Mostly why i found it hard to guage this is because you have a lot of animated segments but then some intervals of random ogre facial animation that look like your showing off a rig youv'e made. if you did then great! it fits in nicely! overall for a reel your looking to put your best stuff forward, and gradually digress. Your reel currently has a lot of unrendered scenes in it that i would advise rendering even a single pass would help, all i could stare at were the eye lines that all your characters possessed. lol. and your "kim possible" animation looked like it needed some better timing, it looked like it was in slow motion the whole time, i do understand that there was a segment of slow motion intentional (which worked out quite well) but i would play with some timing excercises like the "bouncing ball" or a character jump.
hope this helps!

Sorry I guess i forgot to add that, Im in to Animation, but mostly character animation. I do other things like rigging and fx thou. I couldn't really get a rendered version of it out because my comp is not really capable of rendering things out pretty fast. It will take like 3 months to render out one scene if it is able to render it at all, and since i have little to no money at the moment, a new comp is out of the question. The kim possible is actually my first animation I did. It looks slow because I was trying to fit it in with the music. Not this one but the one that i have for the actually video itself. So yea the kim possible was more of a learning process to help me with animation in general. The next reel I do will have rendered scenes instead of the rough drafts. Thanks for your comment, and honesty. :)
