how to export crowd scene contains animated characters that created in massive system to maya for ligthing and rendering Process ?
if you can describe with images it will be better.

You don't.
This pipeline is meant to be used one way. Massive takes in obj's and instances them and you use a Renderman compliant renderer or Mental Ray to get your lighting, textureing, and rendering done. The current version has it's own renderer, but I don't think it was meant to be for finishing work. More to check what you're doing quickly.
You may be able to get data flowing in the opposite direction back into Maya, with some MEL Scripting, but I don't know how well that would work. AFAIK, the only thing you can get back into Maya is bones.
