Its look really good.
Only one comment, but, take it only if you are still working on it, otherwise forget it, its already work well.
I would suggest to work on the timing of the first block of stone falling down. it is slow and a bit linear.I would love to see an acceleration of speed, even on this few frame (5 frames is a minimum here, to understand what is happening) , then it hits (stand still, no rebond: this shit is heavy). broke on the floor, the floor shouldnt move for 1 or 2 frame after the choc and then broke.
This would give more "heavy" feelings.
Camera shake is a bit too much at the beginning, little vibration would be ok, and then let it go like crazy when the stone get into the roof. Would be cool to feel like Boumm( first impact into the roof and then again boumm ! when the rock hit the floor ).
