It looks excellent from this view! Could we see some more shots from different perspectives? From this one I don't particularly like the way his neck looks. Other than that, great job!

Awesome start, somw different, rendered angles could help some though. I really like the stayle of the armor/skin! has an almost anime look to it. I really like the kind of organic presence it gives off. great work! maybe now add a prop of some sort, companion, weapon, tool etc... :)

nice work:thumbsup:
I like the textures and the model looks pretty optimized.
Maybe you should post it in the game art forum..

Wow, those are indeed great textures! I wouldn't have thought it was lowpoly if you hadn't shown the rough mesh. Any chance of a wireframe and/or a look at your texture maps?

I really like your design too, did you create it yourself?

impressive, what a texture all can do :buttrock:

cheers Obsidian. You should be able to see a wire frame in the left corner. The texture map is too sloppy to be seen in public :)

Thanks Vortex

awesome work on the textures!! I could have sworn the wire shows a different model.

Cheers philip. I've triangulated the model and it has 2374 triangles, which is more than I'd like but I think thats less then Master Chief from Halo.

Wow! That's really great stuff for your first attempt!
Is that polycount quads or traingles?
Very impressive, I hope you do some more work like this.
