Howdy,

While waiting for a job as an animator here in London, I started working on my second short film - Turf Planet. The film is in a very early stage of production, but I decided to do a teaser trailer to test a few concepts. Hopefully it will be finished by the end of next year. Here's the link:

I love the personality that comes across from the cow. Very simple, yet effective and it made me laugh. Looking forward to more.

Looks awesome man! I think you've really got the timing on the cow animation perfect. I found myself smiling boyishly just looking at the cow chew away whilst he watches the laser beam.

From a trailer point of view, I think you've got something really good going there also. Slow paced, feeding us info a bit at a time, slowly, smile at the cow's expressions, we can see it coming, slowly, then BAM!, right in your face before the curtain closes. Really enjoyed "Daphne's new broom", and I'll definately be waiting for this one to be completed. Keep up the good work!

Wow since viewing this morning, I see you've been plugged so congrats! You definitely have some lovely talent, can't believe you're looking for work - god help all those less talented than you is all I can say!

wow dude! I absolutely loved it. The cows reaction and the timeing of everything was GREAT! not much to crit just a few Q's. What software(s) are you using and how did u go about animate the grass. Again great work, looking forward to this.

RYGUY182 - The grass is just Maya Paint Effects converted to Polygons.
