View Full Version : ok. max 5, about boolean mapping

when u use boolean, and apply mapping, the side you do boolean is kinda messed up.

its like.. messed up, and without using UVW mapping (cuz it would take long time) is there anyway to fix the mapping?

example, u have a box, then boolean a cylinder through the box, apply some material with diffused map on it. the 4 side without hole is completely different than the 2 sides with hole =/

did max 6 fix this? or is there anyway they fixed it somehow?

Hi Nyceane. I think you have to re-map those sides.

To do this, use one of this two modifiers: UVW Map; Unwrap UVW.
