It's not bad but theere are a couple of things that you could do to improve it.
Get rid of the stretched textures on the extruded bits. You can see where in the first person screenshots (the blocky bits on the side of the gun)
There seems to be room for some optimizing of the polycount in places, such as the spiky bits at the front of the gun, the cylindrical canister at the bottom and some other places. You don't have to cut the mesh to weld in the bolts either.
The texture is somewhat uniformly scratched all over and it looks a bit odd. If you look at your reference, there's only really noticeable scratches in a few places, where the paint has been scratched off for example. While there is some compression on the image which means you can't really see the fine detail, it doesn't look like the type of material that would scratch that easily. If it is scratched, it looks like there would be bigger scratches, not tons of small fine ones. There's also a build up of gunk/grease/something-icky around the cannister on top where it connects to the silvery spiky bits, the hoses there and the fan-like thing on the side (and the + shaped bit as well). If you could get that in there too I think it would look nice.
Good job on the specular though, it looks good with the shinier paint than the rest. All in all it's not a bad model/texture but you can certainly push it further.

Hi, I just registered to show you this. I've seen someone posting pictures of your gun on another forum. Here's the link:

Please tell me if it's you. Good luck with the model.
