View Full Version : Environment: 1930s' dining room
pradipta 08-06-2003, 02:22 PM I modeled the entire scene in 3dsmax 5. i used mainly poly modeling tool along with sub division modeling for most of the objects in the scene. all textures are scanned images modified in photoshop. the scene is rendered in 3dsmax default scanline renderer without using any GI.
i wanted to give it a aged look, a new concept suddenly struck me. i placed the rendered image to photoshop where i gave it a aged look.
would be glad to see some comments on it ...

I'll ignore the mindless babble from korthik, and just ask if we could see what the image looked like before you doctored it up. I'm curious what the lighting looked like before you brought it into photoshop...

Nice work! Just a little bit too tinted IMO.

I agree with mattregnier, I'm extremely curious about how the image looked unedited...

Nice! I like the aged look better. It goes well with this motive. Perhaps you could higher the contrast slightly in PS. But that's not a big deal.
