View Full Version : errors on hypershade and UV editor

is anyone getting errors where part of the hypershade or UV editor don't show up?
ex
// Error: file: C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Maya2010/scripts/others/hyperShadePanel.mel line 8919: Object not found:
// Error: file: C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Maya2010/scripts/others/filterUI.mel line 5509: Cannot convert data of type string to type string[]. //

is there a fix for this?

windowsXP pro
Geforce GTX260
i7 2.6mhz

I had the same problem, and this thread solved it:

(Basically just remove the userPrefs.mel in My Documents\maya\2009\prefs\)
