I just got this software a few days ago and i cant get the brush selector to come back up i tried redownloading i tried clicking and inclicking the selection but I just can't seem to get it to appear back on the page can someone help me please? It's driving me crazy I can't do anything without it I cant select any new brushes it's stuck on the felt pen.

Try Window>Arrange Palettes>Default.
