I really really need help with this one, I know it can look good but I need tips on how to render it properly and make it look more realistic yet like an illustration. Much like Mandryk, no exclusively like that but I think you get the idea...

i see some slight anatomical issues (people from my studio bash me for being an anatomical nut)

but the process looks correct, blocking it in, then gradually blocking in more and more details kinda like a blurry image slowly coming into focus.
with some artists work, i wonder if they take textures and blend them into different parts of there digital paintings

wish i could give you more feed back but you kinda look like your on the same level as myself :/
