Hey all. I just finished creating my first low-poly game style vehicle. 1273 triangles and 1 UV map 1024x1024. I am looking to get into games and am working towards building a body of game-art, this being the first. I need a real hardcore critique on this one so please fire away. Thank you!
Pete

nice model, but you could optimize it alot more to save polygons.

Goto...

GTA Forums (http://www.gtaforums.com)

goto GTA3 & Vice City modding

from there you will see 2 areas
editing and showroom..

the showroom is where cars are completely or about completed... the editing area isnt to good i dont like it... not as good as map modding...

EDIT

I forgot to add my crit...

the car looks good for a game model such as the GTA series.... but the wheelwell looks a but to squared to me...

I'm in awe of your model. I mean dang! I'm speechless. The textures are incredible! Good luck in the game industry! :) Like to know if you took classes or read books or just how you came about learning to texture that well, cause I'm really having trouble. Mostly know what to make in photoshop.
