I never create the node, but when you do model , the node will
appear unexpected.
and sometime I select it,some other polygon object will become blue show some relation. but in the hypergaphy view can not see
it.
some time delete it,relative polygon object will be deleted too, sometime not.
some time the transform node is root node , if ungroup it
maya will reparent ,but this situation not often occur .

how can I handle these problem??
thanks.

That happens when you group two objects together. (Grouping makes a transform node and places the objects under their transform.)

Some commands may automatically group things for you as well -- usually that's a setting you can turn off in the option box.

but null transform node has relation with some polygon object.
if only parent and child relation, select null transform ,the relative
polygon will not appear blue color.
sometimes the transform can't be ungroup, there are some
complex and hidden relation behind them in maya which we usually don't know ?
