Greetings,
What are good Motion Blur settings to emulate something like Claude Hurd (http://www.11secondclub.com/competitions/june09/entry/Egz5MQ/) (<--link) has on his July 2009 entry. I like that one because it has a nice blur that removes the sharpness a regular non-blurred frames has, but it is settle enough so the transitions are not lost in a bunch of fuzzy frames.
