Looks nice and clean to me, although I'm not familiar with the car. I think the texture size is too large for such a low poly model. The inner wheel arches should be shaded much darker, and I think the white part of the tread could probably be inverted to black. Great first model

Thanks for the reply Hellbender. I appreciate that especially coming from someone with your skill level. I love the Half-elf Warrior girl you did. I was just looking at it yesterday. Shoot me an email, and you can write it in Italian (pete@artn.com). My parents are from Bari, a town called Triggiano. Have you heard of it? I was actually just there last summer visiting relatives. Where are you from? Allora, ci sentiamo.

Great work for a first model. I think the only thing to add is a indentation where the wheelcap is.

Yeah, I'm hearing that one a lot. And a lot of people are saying that white is one of the easiest colors to paint a car. I guess i never thought about that one since this is a replica of my actual car, color, license plate and all. Thanks for the comment!

No prob, and oh yeah a little shadow would do nice. But a nice skylight render would solve that.

Hi Pete,
great model of the diamante.
cant think of anything to add re the actual model or texture map. (apart fom the size).
I do have one question I am hoping you can answer for me though. I have been trying to find reference footage of the Diamante (Mitsubishi Magna over here in australia) but have lucked out so far. havent even found a decent brochure to scan images from.
thanks

really nice pascal3d
my only comments would be to make the inner fender wells dark.. the white just dont look right and i'd adjust the lower bumber corners color so you dont see the edge between front/side/rear..
rather different layout on you map.... any reason you rotated most of the car sections so they went up and down as opposed to right to left ?? it seems if you rotated all the UVs clockwise 90 degrees it would be easier to work with, esp. if its modded with custom paint or whatever...
is that an Alabama license plate i see ????
