"Increase" is a pretty vague term. Overall, this image lacks contrast to begin with, so I'd start there. Use a Brightness/Contrast adjustment to fix this (Image>Adjustments>Brightness/Contrast). if you want more sophisticated controls, try Levels or Curves.
If you just want to adjust the reds, an easy way would be to use a Hue/Saturation adjustment (Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation). In this dialog box, you can use the pull-down menu at the top to focus on "Reds", though you make have to tweak the range of colors being modified by using the spectrum of colors on the bottom.
From there you can use the sliders to tweak the brightness, saturation, and hue (if necessary) of those targeted reds.
Any of these techniques could also be performed as Adjustment Layers instead of direct Adjustments.

For the image you’re showing, try Selective Color set to Relative. Go to Color and set both red and magenta to 100%. If needed, duplicate the adjustment layer and tweak the opacity.
