what areas i can improve? is it to dark? whatever, just need feeback

Your off to a great start, but you need more details, and also the texture look pretty blurring, with a 1024 tex you should be able to get some very nice details into the head area.
I wont comment on the cloths as you have not really started working on them.
But i really like it, it really make the lowpoly model seem like it has a much higher poly count. (the head are anyway )

Echo what DaForce says. Also agree with Demon Princess on the other thread.
Do you have good reference of Freddy? The movie character's face has tons of fine detail, wrinkles, folds, decay. The decay map you're sampling for the side of the head looks more like cracked earth right now than decaying maggot-eaten flesh. Just going from memory here.
The head portion of the texture appears to have plenty of resolution to pull this off. The real trick is in the down-and-dirty painting of real detail and form. Pure and simple to say, but takes skill and time to pull it off well.
I've posted tons of painting tutorial links. If you need one again, lemme know.
