A Grateful Dead fan maybe ? :)
It's looking pretty good so far, I'd suggest looking at a few guitars though as the neck should taper a bit more than that (a guitars neck is thiner and not as wide at the headstock as it is where it meets the body)
Saying that though it's a tricky angle to judge from, post a few more views and I should be able to give some help (I've been building real guitars for a while now)
Hope that helps :)

Thanks. I know the neck isnt tapered enough, and the neck/headstock joint is messed up too. Here is another pic. The curvature around the side needs to be redone, this is how I turned it in for class, so I was unable to redo it in time. If I redo it now, I need as much input as possible. Who better than a builder? Thanks again.

I am having a little trouble placing the guitar, but then again I have been away from them for a while. The body depth looks like a PRS, if so, I would like to see how you did the back side. The only problem that I see is that the first 3 strings look more like cord than wrapped wire. Other than that, looking great, I would like to see it realistically textured and shaded.

The guitar is a custom made, played by Jerry Garcia. Here is a link for pics, if you're interested.

Hmm, the radius is going to be awkward :)
What program are you modeling it in ? (I'm a Rhino person myself)
