Lazar 08-05-2003, 01:38 PM Hi all, I have problem with modeling of details on any object, When I have for example Cube and after appling Smooth it will become sphere when I want to highlight one edge co I apply Bevel to this edge. Well, but problem is that after appling Bevel to longer edge of perhaps 10 segments whitch is rounded so it create small trialgels in the corners whitch corrupt the surface. thx a lot

Just go around the bevel and weld them back the way u want to Thats the way i found to do it. But im new to Maya I know that Maya 5 has chamfer in it which doesnt produce this kind of stuff. But thats maya 5 lol Good luck on your car man
