He looks like the kind of creature who does bad things but doesn't realise it.

I think this is a good start, although I don't like the bright green collar thing, it doesn't match his colors at all. What is that collar supposed to be, is it chest fur or clothing of some kind?
Have you sketched out a body to go with this head? It's hard to critique a head, especially for something as esoteric as "a goblin" -- goblins can take almost any shape/color, so it's hard to say what's right and wrong.
That said, perhaps you could tell a little of the backstory for this character. He is an old goblin? What kind of person is he? This way we can tell you if what you've drawn will fit your idea.

This also reminds me of a gremlin. You should hide some big sharp teath beneath that inocent look :D
Great concept, I hope everything goes well for you.

Ok here comes a little background story,
This goblin named Zibdo the 126th is one of the oldest in his tribe. He is verry clumsy and has a job as leader of a goblin bomb squad:surprised.
I will design the body soon, It will be a skinny small body with large feet and hands. Zibdo will weare some old crappy armour and a green fur coat :buttrock:
