hey,

i made a rig where i copied and mirrored the legs, after animating a walk-cyclus i noticed they don't move the same way? one has a different rotation coming from the root bone i think. i render a small vid the clarify what i mean.

i'm not a genius in rigging, and can seems to get a clear view on how to constrain movement (what i guess my solution is). so any help on that would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using 3ds max 2009.

auwtch life is hard, My first thread on here and i solve it myself...

i was really giving up after a whole day of fiddling with the swing angle and what not, to find out i can set bone movement preference under the hierarchy tab but setting it to IK,... i did know that once  but never used it so... goes to show i need to practice my all round skill more.

anyway sorry for the double post.
