it's modeling and rendering in 3dsmax.
it's look like a toy car.
redering with scanline in 3dsmax.

very nice. Personally, I would download vray Free (http://www.vrayrender.com/home/) and see how it renders. You'll be amazed at what it can do, and best of all, it's FREE AND LEGAL.

None the less, very nice job
