The design and layout is good, but you really need to increase the image quality of your movies. i only downloaded the first one, but i couldn't tell what was going on, i did look like good work, but i couldn't see clearly.

I would sugest using a higher bit rate for the realmedia, or using mped (for compatability) or divx(its the best).

also include some stills as well, not everyone wants to download stuff, especially if they have a crap conection.
