He has a lot of character, strange you didn't get more replies.
The only suggestion i have is to remove the gradient from the dots on his belly. Is it possible to make his outline a little thicker and softer?

That's it, no further comments! Maybe make some sidekicks and you could make a great comic!

Anyway I completly agree with you, I just thought about making the dots sharp.
And yes it is possible to make the outline thicker, I will make some tests but I' not sure it will be better.

I think the animation will take a lot of time because unfortunatly I am very busy for the moment.

That's definitely a great use of the toon shader. He's really nicely rigged as well :thumbsup:

I've tried to play around with the toon shader in max but haven't had much luck (nor skill) archieving your kind of result. :hmm:

Have you tried purple dots instead of blue? I don't have any real suggestions left at the moment, maybe some long hairs at the tip of his ears, i don't know :)
