I'm no expert, but it just doesn't look right. The armpits and the shape of the chest especially. The head and neck appear to be stretching backwards. The groin is too far forward in relation to the hips... etc... etc.

I don't want to be too critical... You've got a good start, and should definately keep going.

I simply hope to impress upon you that more detail won't make it "Perfect". :)
