If you just do a search on google or something you will come up with tons of stuff. I suggest doing that and trying them all out.

Hey man

I have a series of free prop modeling tutorials for 3dsmax aimed at beginners. They're pretty in depth and step by step, they cover modeling, unwrapping and texturing different prop objects and they become progressively more difficult as you go through them. The first project covers a simple table, the second is a detailed wine barrel and the third covers a fairly complex garbage can. There's a total of eight videos so far (about seven hours worth) and I'm planning on adding more soon.

You can check them out and download them here.

Hope they help you out,
Cheers
Chris

PS. If you do decide to go through them, be sure to do them in order so you don't run into any problems:)
