hello, I am running the discreet dark user interface sheme wich I like a lot, now I want to obtain the colorized and shaded icons wich are in the default sheme

Actually, those icons are the ones you are using, you just don't know it. Within the Customize user interface dialog, you can change the saturation and brightness of icons, depending on their state. Have look there, and it will all begin to make sense.
