i got ultimmate 2.2.1 plugin for A.E.5.5 and it sometimes give me an annoying bug. I make blur before i apply ultimatte then i hear a sound "pling" from windows each time i change it from foreground to matte, or background or to composite and it doesnt change the image at all :( ...it sometimes work fine but this bug is killing me..any1 knows why it does this?

i cant understand at all! in some footage it works just fine, on others it doesnt! And theyre all in the same format, plus i havent added any effects before ultimatte! I HATE BUGS!:scream:

it seems this occur when i choose some colours. A greenish-like blue(which was the blue screen with a backlight behind..) its a shame cuz that colour was perfect for keying :(

Sorry I am not of any help but can you tell em how to install plugins in AE 5.5?
I am intending to install some demo versions.
pls help.

I posted in your other thread about this.... There should be instructions both in the manual and with the demo software you downloaded on installing plugins...
