Hi! I've been looking around this forums for some time now, time to post some of my work for critique.
This is a mole mechanic character i'm working on. It has 1200 triangles right now including the tools.
Some background info on the character so you can imagine what he must look like: :)
The mole mechanic is the veteran mechanic of an airship. Without him the engines of the ship wouldn't survive a day. He has welding goggles on and has various tools hanging on his toolbelt. He has large gloves on cause he may work with hazardous or hot materials. Because his shoes we're too tight for his feet he cut of the end of his shoes so his toes come sticking out of them. His clothes are dirty from working on the mechanical parts of the engine and not having enough time to wash them clean.
What do you think I can improve before unwrap and texturing the model? My final goal is 1400 triangles for the entire character with extras and a 512 texture.
The model has to be posable so i can maybe import it into a game editor or make some cool screenshots of it. I'm not sure if my edgeflow is good to do so, i think it can be improved... Any crit to make this model look better are welcome!
