For those going to art schools or art programs within universities in particular, these are clearly bad times:

You must be registered to see that article, and their registration is asking for things that it shouldn't be asking :/

It's too bad how the art programs are being affected, although I can't say that generally, most public state universities had great fine art programs to begin with.
