Ok, here are some things:

The perspective in your sketch is weird, I'd suggest you do some starting sketches maybe by hand and using rulers. Use reference pictures cause the furniture doesn't seem all that natural. Define the style you'll use, at the start it looks like you're going for a manga look on the girl, but then it seems you intend it to be more realistic. Use a reference picture for the girl so you can work out the anatomy. Doing some studies of female figures in poses similar to the one you're looking for will help you. Also, tighten your pencils, right now they're too undefined. Draw until you get it right. On the colors you ended up covering most of the girl in shadows, I don't advise that, the point of the image is to shoe something, and just past of her face isn't enough. I also, suggest looking at real life so you can see how things look, but in a painting sometimes you need to alter things you a bit so the iamge works...

On top of what Ariel said, I'd like to point out that those drapes and the lighting is excellent. Once you get the shading, proportions and contrast right it'll look really good. Also work on the skin tones a bit more, but it really looks very nice despite the nasty flaws.

Thanks for your advices. You´re right in perspective and detail of skin and texture. I will go on to show more realistic detail. And yes, the perspective was just from my head to my hand :D Even I did not use any helping lines ^^ Thanks anyway, and again, more critics are welcome

Same advice about the proportions and references. But i love the colors you picked and the way you mixed them together, the shadows and lights. You are really good with that, and bold enough to use "strong" colors. :) Keep going, you got a good start.
