The color you used for the skin is a bit too yellow and too saturated. I like the shapes, but try to work a bit more on the colors. Also, don't be afraid to use a bit of other colors on the skin tone, not just one with different levels of saturation. You can also try to define it a bit more, with a hard edged brush for the small details, like the eyes. The blurry and undefined stile of the whole picture is nice, if that's what you were trying to do, but you can try making it a bit more sharp, at least to see how it looks like and maybe you will like it better. Keep practicing :)
