View Full Version : LAPTOP for 3D

I have a couple of workstations and i am looking to get a laptop so i can travel and still do my 3D. Does anyone have any suggestions? I know that I want something with a SXGA screen, but i am not sure what laptop. i normally run at 1600x1200 or larger. I have looked at VAIOS, ALIENWARE, a DELL...but, im not sure what to go with. I would like to get something around $2000, but, not more. Any suggestions....thanx!!!

If Im not mistaken there are a couple of laptops with nVidia QuadroGo cards. I think Dell has 'em. Also, I just went to CompUSA and saw that Toshiba has a 2.4 P4-M with a GeForceFX5600 with DVD-R for $2500.
Laptops arent my strong point, I just share what i know, hope this helped.
