Plugin to identify zero weighted points?

Try weight sheet, It gives you a spread sheet view of points and their value across all maps. Not an automated answer to your problem but it should help you search faster

There's a plugin at InfoSeek (http://www.infoseek.livedoor.com/~f_ichikawa/plugin-page.html) which doesn't give you info/status about 0% weight maps but It clears entries with 0% in all weight maps and endomorph maps.
