hi i have a fundamental question concerning normalmaps that i also posted on waynes mudboxhub
(http://www.mudboxhub.com/forum/showthread.php?p=2802#post2802)
initially i had a problem, baking a wooden sculpted cupboard to lowpoly geometry.
everytime the normals just bend crazy around flat faces.

so the essence of this question is, how can i bake round corners onto a low poly box in tangent space..

ok problem semi solved.
seems that bevels are needed (http://www.mudboxhub.com/forum/showthread.php?p=2805#post2805) anyway..

nevertheless i found out, that the 3dsmax baker handles this situation
