your design reminds me a little too much of http://www.driftlab.com

it doesnt remind me of that at all.. what you talking about??
anyway, nice design, simple and old fashioned, but not a ripoff... nice job.

Looks unique to me.
I don't think anyone can claim copyright to putting a logo on a white background.
Layout Design is different. Colors are different (as well as symmetry).
Both sites are well designed and the animation fits it.
I hope to have mine up soon (maybe in 3 weeks).

Dang, completely forgot about this thread, sorry to drag it back from the depths but id like to reply to the comments i got!
robotsrsupreme:: check THIS (http://www.flashkit.com/board/showthread.php?threadid=477822&perpage=20&pagenumber=1) out, already been disscussed :)
nimba:: thankyou! the site has been changes very slightly, probably between robotsrsupreme's and your post. I think the reason why the likeness was drawn to the driftlab site was because i originally had the page stretch from top to bottom like the driftlab one. Anyho cheers! :beer:
Heimdall:: Thanks!

I like it, its a challange to make a site simple and unique, and u pulled it off :)
only cri would be the logo, i think it might look abit better if the left side was trimmed abit. but thats more of my personal pref really :)

Yeah, I remembered seeing it somewhere before. The changes you've made are effective. I seem to recall you getting some stick about the similarity to driftlab? It looks nothing like it now - you've definitely got a look of your own there. I like this site - it's simple, the plain background colours let the work breathe, and everything is so immediate - you're not waiting for 30 seconds of transition to complete between every page.
Nice work!:thumbsup:
