The Story: in a not too distant retro-future, our agent manages to get into an oil platform in order to steal his enemy's database of oil prospection, which would generate him enough money to finance his own private little war. After successfully stealing the data, our best Agent manages to contact via remote his jet-vehicle and escapes, but not before planting some very powerful synthetic explosives strategically placed... And when he reaches a safe distance from the facility... Boooom!
The background: well, this is a first in many aspects. It's the first time I enter on a contest; it's the first time I model an object using a 3D package and I can honestly say that I truly learned many things during the making of this illustration. I only wish I had more time since I only discovered the Secret Agent's Challenge a few days ago, so I was in a bit of a rush, and unfortunately didn't have the time to participate so actively on the forums threads. But for all I could see so far, I think there are really awesome challengers around. I would like to wish everyone all of the best luck (and a bit of it for me too :) ).

Wow...I love his "Gee-lala" expression on his face as the 'city' blows to kingdom come. Great idea, and I love, LOVE the concept of his get away vehicle. XD Nicely done and I can say you're rather talented yourself!
Good luck, and thanks for stopping into my humble thread!

:D Thank you! I’m honored to know that my thread is one of yours, greatly. Yours is counted among one of mine as well. I’m surprised, actually, that a few others have told me the same. The programs I use are not up to the professional standards of many that are used regularly within this forum-which is a challenge in of itself. I learned so much in this challenge, though, that I’m quite happy that I decided to try.
I’ll look into the blog when I get home! Thanks for the link, too!

Asela: Thanks!! I'm really glad you like it!! Your comment is very valuable to me! Cheers!
