I'm not sure I'd like to over work it. If anything I'm going to add some more shading. She could use a bit more depth i think.

Well hmm if you looking for more depth, maybe star with the background is a lil blurry, some good tatami texture,a japanese umbrela o something japanese relateds will look grate. as for the color in the character, maybe work on the tatoo, and a good design for the fan will be awesome. For the hair i say go for the black with blueish shades. With the Kimono look for some good textures, remember a geisha = living art. Maybe the cicle be a umbrella dunno.
