Hello there! This is a concept I started some days ago of a Transport Ship.
I'm in the process of coloring it. I'll appreciate suggestions and criticisms.

Good work so far, looks very complicated. Love the coloring.

Hey, thank you very much for your comments :)
I'm looking for criticisms and tips on how to improve the concept. In the meanwhile I made two other concepts:

It's hard to crit these concepts as they are just concepts - but usually with vehicles you can use perspective or 'camera' angles to exaggerate size and make it more interesting.
But as i say it's hard to crit these because i like them as they are - unless you are oging to make them in 3d then i would say parts are too complicated and intricate
imho the complicated and intricate parts is what appeals to me as a 3D artist, we love the nuts and bolts.. hehe

I agree. Complication isn't bad now that we can bake details into normal maps without adding more geometry to the base mesh.
If it's not going to be a game asset then, even better.
The sillhouette on these is a bit complicated at places but, nothing that current generation engines can't handle.

Thank you for the feedback guys :) I made some slight alterations in the two later concepts:

I especially like the smaller ship, the design is great and the details are awesome!
However the right turbine? looks somehow perspectively wrong.
I hope that helps:

You're right, the perspective is wrong, I should redraw the left wing. I made the ship originally just as a free-form sketch, so I didn't pay as much attention to it as I should.

The coloring on the Transport Ship looks really good. I definitely like the simplistic style. It still gives off quite a bit of information.
As far as your other concepts, I'd like to see these touched up and finished. Obviously they are first drafts, but have potential. Really nice work!
