Sometime in my scene,there're some useless vertes be produced when i'm building some models, so how to find them by maxscript?

I guess it depends a bit on what you mean by useless vertices. In any case there are several script that deal with this in scriptSpot, you could start by having a look in there.

There is one point, and no face,no line, maybe it was produced when i was building model incautious, so i want to find all of them and delete.

You should be able to use the Remove Isolated Verticies feature of Edit(able) Poly/Mesh to do what you want.
