View Full Version : Applying an Impulse on a local object level?

I want to know if I can apply an impulse in local space as opposed to world space. I want the object to continue moving in a "forward" direction appropriate to it's orientation but that orientation should change based on collisions or other events. Is there a flag/mel command that I can make use of in an expression or script to achieve this?
